Great item, bought for my husband for Valentine’s Day. Comes prewrapped very nicely! Only reason I gave it four stars is because when the box is closed the coaster (made of a heavy ceramic material) falls on top of the glass cup. It doesn’t stay securely in place. We have to keep the bubble wrap above the glass so it doesn’t break/chip.

item is almost as good as shown. only complaint is that the cup coaster is too heavy to be fastened onto the lid's black foam insert (it keeps falling out into the box when box is closed.

First, the product arrived way sooner than I expected for overseas.
the whole product is well made and looks great. My nephew absolutely loves it and the quality. In his words,
The glass is high quality as well as the words they etched on it, and the whiskey stones do their job perfectly! .. the box the entire package came in was neat and clean, with the lettering looking sharp and defined.
I would absolutely buy again (might get myself one). the only possible issue I saw is the stone plate does not have something to hold it in place, so I could see it possible when opening the box it could fall and break the glass.

It arrived really fast. The quality of the product is quite nice. Also I did not asked for it to be wrapped for present but luckily came wrapped. The sad thing is that the paper was all torn apart :( but since I didn't asked for it then is not that bad. I guess maybe someone from the delivery company tried to opened it so cannot blame the store.
