Shipping
All orders are prepared within the first 48 hours and shipped the next working day. The delivery date of your order is changing depending on the firm and your address. However, it is generally takin 2-5 business days for delivering.
We offer standard and express delivery option depending on your delivery address
There is free shipping for orders over $35, and $9.90 fixed shipping fee for orders up to $35.

We do not ship any receipts with any of our products. Receipts and all other relevant documents are sent by mail to the provided e-mail address.
If it is going to be deliver as a gift. We suggest you to add a gift note with your name. Otherwise, receiver don't who is the sender.

All orders from our website are giftwrapped with care for free!
Personalized products have the option to add your own name, picture, logo, or message. Although, some parts of certain designs cannot be changed.
We do not ship any receipts with any of our products. Receipts and all other relevant documents are sent by mail to the provided e-mail address.
All products with production error(s) or products damaged from shipping can be returned. Besides those exceptions, it is unfortunately not possible to return or exchange any personalized products. For more information on returns and exchanges make sure to contact us.
All orders can be cancelled before the production has started. Please contact our Customer Service to cancel any order.

All our laser engravements and prints are completely fade resistant and have a long product life. Personalizations will not fade or crack.
All pictures are inspected by our professional graphic designers and adjusted to the product design. If the picture you sent cannot be used for the product, we will request you to send a new one.
