The writings could have been made a little more visible, packaging is very good but I was expecting a bit more showiness, it turned out too plain. Maybe the writings will be more visible when whiskey is poured. It's not great, but it's better than nothing.

The person I gave the gift liked the product, well done, but when I wanted to change the message to be written on it on Monday morning although I placed the order on Sunday night, they said that the order had already been processed and could not be changed. What I don't understand is that I placed the order at night and by the next morning at 09:22, which time did you process the order? If such a situation exists, your customer service could start earlier in the morning so that we would not be disadvantaged.
